How to Save Your Back While Loading a Dishwasher

How silly.  I can't believe I haven't always known this!  Ever make a discovery that's so fabulous and so simple it seems like it should always have been obvious?  I made one of those today, and I want to share it with you.

Loading the bottom rack of the dishwasher is hard on my back, the repeated bending.  Today I had an epiphany.  I've been living here, what, 9 years with this dishwasher and just realized something huge.  To make it easier on your back:
Lift the bottom rack out and set it on the sink.
Load the rack, then put it back in the washer.
You can lay the silverware bin on the counter as well.  How simple!  I mean, duh.

Of course, gauge your strength.  If you use stoneware, this won't be as easy.  Today's load of cat food bowls and tupperware was a breeze.
